Below is a simple chart which gives you the nutritional information about each of my recipes. Desserts made with olive oil neither are nor calorie free or fat free. However, these desserts tend to have about 1/3 the fat and calories as traditional dessert recipes. The good news is, not all fats are created equal, and olive oil is the highest in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAS) and MUFAS are fantastic for your heart and for your health!!!
