Olive Oil Queen Micki Sannar is all about using healthy oils to create flavor magic. When her family faced pressing health concerns, she had no idea that her desire to bake desserts using only olive oil, rather than shortening or butter, would turn into a culinary innovation and global intrigue. A tiny person packed with as much flair, flavor, and fun as her recipes, her unique and surprising global creations are sure to wow the taste buds and comfort the soul while bringing simple gourmet into the home kitchen.

Right out of the gate her book, Olive Oil Desserts: Delicious and Healthy Heart Smart Baking, was a huge success. It won multiple cooking awards and was featured on Amazon as a “mover and shaker” in the industry. Her newly released specialty cookbook, Aroma & Olive Oil: The Essentials of Healthy & Delicious Cuisine, introduces the happy marriage between olive oil and Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils, taking cooking to new therapeutic heights.

With more than 25 years of experience, Micki is a sought after local and national cooking celebrity, instructor, and cooking competition judge. She has whipped up her scrumptious concoctions on numerous stages including the National Dessert Convention, QVC’s in house kitchen, and Utah’s Home & Garden Show. Micki is a happily married mother of 4. She enjoys boating, camping, snorkeling, wave running, writing recipes, reading (especially cookbooks), and spoiling her friends and family with late night treats.
